If you've come to this page it's likely we've reached out to you recently via email or SMS about your Library Membership.

Firstly, thank you for being a member of Moreton Bay Region Libraries. Each year, our 10 incredible libraries deliver thousands of activities and programs to people of all ages and backgrounds - all completely free of charge. From history preservation to entertainment for the newest generations - they're amazing spaces to connect, create and find the latest good read.

We've noticed that you haven't used your membership in a while, we respect your privacy and data security, so we are planning to deactivate your membership. If you would like to keep your membership, there are a few simple steps you can take:

• Sign into your account and confirm your details are correct, or
• Borrow an item using your membership (online or in person at any library)

Forgot your membership details? No problems, you can reset your password online if you have an email address linked to your account or, feel free to contact us if you need any assistance, we're always happy to help.

If you prefer not to continue with your membership, there's nothing further for you to do. Your account will be deactivated between 28 February to 22 May 2024. Please know that if your membership is deactivated, you are still welcome to visit the library and re-join whenever you like.
